“Formed in 2017, Grasshoppers Pirates is a friendly team of teenage boys and girls playing their football in the Kernow Youth League in Cornwall. Our newly-formed team began in old Pendle kit kindly loaned to us by a Cornwall Youth Team, however we were able to purchase our first kit from Pendle at the start of the 2017/18 season due to a grant from a small local business.
The players have worn their fabulous maroon/pink kit with immense pride. It has withstood the Cornish wind and rain, mud, hail and snow! We find ourselves desperately in need of a Pendle kit as our players are growing faster than the German team exiting the World Cup! We do not have any facilities of our own – we train at a venue we have to hire, we hire the ground where we play our home matches and we have no team sponsors.
We would be thrilled to promote Pendle locally and nationally in anyway that we can, as we truly believe that your kits offer incredible value and fantastic quality. Thank you for taking the time to read our story.”
