On Monday, we suggested a Spell Your Name workout to help get you into your training wear and keeping active. If you’re looking for a more random workout, then why not leave it to the roll of a dice? This workout challenge is a great way to mix up your workout.

Two dice in hand

What do I need?

All you need is two dice and some space to do your exercises. None of the activities require any equipment and can easily be done in a limited space.

How does it work?

Simply scroll down and you’ll see our activity generator. You’ll need to roll your dice and the sum of the two will give you your exercise. Roll another 9 or more times and you’ll have your full workout.

Add an extra dice

If you want to add to the workout challenge, why not add extra dice? We’ve already set the number of reps in our generator but you can determine how many sets you do of each. Use the first two dice to determine the activity and then roll a third to determine how many sets you do.

Adapt it

If you fancy a lighter workout then do fewer rolls and if you’re looking for a more intense workout then roll as many times as you want. This is a challenge that can easily be adapted for any fitness level. If you have equipment at home, feel free to include it. Add in some weights or resistance bands to make each movement a little harder.
