Spell Your Name Fitness Challenge

Last week we gave you loads of baking ideas, now it’s time to burn off those cupcakes, biscuits, and cake pops. So, put on your training wear and have a go at the Pendle Spell Your Name Fitness Challenge.

How does it work

It’s as simple as it sounds. If you scroll down to the bottom of this blog, you’ll see our Fitness Challenge. All you have to do is find the letters of your name and the challenge associated with each letter. If you think our workout is a bit too easy, then repeat as often as necessary or feel free to double the amount of each exercise required. Adapt it to your fitness level.

Short names

I know there’ll be some of you out there thinking “I’ve got a short name. This will be easy!” Well, think again. If you’re lacking letters in your first name, then we want to see you push yourself. Either repeat the workout or spell out your whole name. That’s your first name, middle names if you have them, and second name.

Challenge your teammates

Why not challenge your teammates and friends to do the same? You can even have everyone spell out the name of your football club and see who performs the best. See how many times each player can do the full club name workout. Use the challenge to get yourself moving and create a little competition.

Share video on social media

We’d love to see our customers taking part in this challenge. Why not film yourself spelling out your name and uploading it to social media. Tag us on whichever platform you use and we’ll share our favourites. See if you can edit together videos of each team member spelling out a letter of your club name.
