CURRENT VACANCIES
Temp Print Operator
Vacancies from June to Nov 2026 (must be available past September)
Hours: Mon - Fri 37.5 hpw (Shift patterns apply from Aug).
Mix of 6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm shifts. Must be able to get to Ilkley for these times.
Role:
- Loading various print machines with customer’s artwork
- Checking carefully for colour, size, text, & quality before moving onto the next process
Key requirements:
- Good eye for detail
- Self-motivated
- Must be computer literate
- Work within a team as well as individually

Temp Embroidery Machine Operator
Vacancies from June to Dec 2026 (must be available past September)
Hours: Mon - Fri or Sun - Thu 37.5 hpw (Shift patterns apply from Aug - End Oct).
Mix of 6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm shifts. Must be able to get to Ilkley for these times.
Role:
- Ensure the efficient running of embroidery machines to maximise production
- Checking carefully for colour, size, text, & quality before moving on to the next process
Key requirements:
- Requires excellent attention to detail & high-quality standards
- Enthusiastic & willing to learn
- Technical attitude for working with machines & on computers
- Work within a team as well as individually.

Temp Customer Services Assistant
Vacancy from May to Nov 2026
Hours: 37.5 hpw
Mon – Fri 8.30am - 5.00pm
Role:
- Dealing with customer returns, exchanges, refunds, and complaints
- Contact customers via email or phone to resolve issues
- Raise credit notes on Sage200
Key requirements:
- Must be computer literate
- Communicate well
- Work within a team as well as individually

Temp Website Administrator
Vacancy from May to Oct 2026
Hours: 37.5 hpw
Mon – Fri 8.30am - 5.00pm
This is an opportunity for someone to join a small Web Team.
Role:
- Assisting with website administration using a CMS platform
- Answering customer enquiries by phone & email
- Other administration tasks as necessary
Key requirements:
- Literate in the use of basic office software tools
- Good communication skills
- Great attention to detail

Temp Heat Press Operator
Vacancies from July with variable end dates (must be available past September)
Hours: 37.5 hpw
Sun – Thu 8.30am - 5.00pm (shift patterns apply Aug – End Oct).
Role:
- Applying print media to garments using a heat press
- These roles also require being trained in the Despatch Department
Key requirements:
- Someone who can demonstrate they have a good eye for detail
- Communicate well
- Work well under pressure
- Work within a team as well as individually

Temp Warehouse & despatch Operators
Vacancies from July with variable end dates (must be available past September)
Hours: 37.5 hpw
Mon – Fri 8.30am - 5.00pm (shift patterns apply Aug – End Oct).
Sun – Thu 8.30am - 5.00pm (shift patterns apply Aug – End Oct).
Role:
- Warehouse – picking sales orders, stock replenishment & unloading deliveries
- Despatch - the final inspection in production before orders are sent to customers
Key requirements:
- Someone who can demonstrate they have a good eye for detail
- Communicate well
- Works well under pressure
- Work within a team as well as individually
